Learn to plan your routes and identify priority species before you arrive, understand the weather impact, tourist impact and movements, read animal behaviour, anticipate the decisive moment and use your vehicle to create the photograph—the most important and underestimated skills in wildlife photography in the Kgalagadi.

FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE PUBLIC CAN JOIN OUR ANNUAL KGALAGADI WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHERS AWARDS FESTIVAL 19–23 March 2027 | Kgalagadi Lodge. 6 couples. 

You do not have to be a competition winner or attend the photography masterclass (but you can do both) to join us. We are opening a limited number of **paid public places** so photography and wildlife enthusiasts can experience the awards celebration.

 We are developing a festival programme around photography, film and Kalahari culture; the final activities and package inclusions will be announced with pricing.
