I just returned from a Kalahari landscape photography workshop I presented in the Kalahari and the large variety of grasses are on full display and I wondered when this landscapes are going to be used to compose unique and winning wildlife images. Of course the grass covers most of the red dunes but they need to be celebrated and used to our benefit to capture wildlife and especially landscapes. - Joe Lategan

The March wildlife photographic entrants produced some world class wildlife photography images and is testimony to the Kalahari gemsbok parks untouched wilderness environment. The usual photographers entered and showed their dedication, passion and skill for the Kalahari, where we are all stakeholders and as photographers can assist to protect and manage this pristine eco system including its people. Note that there has to be no fear in infringing your copyright as photographers as we as per the rules will give credit to all uses and will do as much as possible to promote photographers work. The images will be used to promote the competition or the sponsors platform such as this web, social media and YouTube.
